super simple chickpea "tuna" aka "tuno" recipe

please meet our favorite addition to a salad, sandwich, lettuce wrap……
time needed: <10 minutes

mix the following in a big bowl:
1 CUP COOKED CHICKPEAS

1/3 CUP VEGANESE
2 TBSP NUTRITIONAL YEAST
1/2 TBSP DICED RED ONION 
1/2 TBSP DICED CELERY
SALT & PEP TO TASTE
